4.PRICING, TAXES & DUTIES

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices exclude import taxes, duties, VAT, or local charges unless explicitly stated
• The buyer is responsible for all customs and import fees

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or amend orders if necessary. If this occurs, you will be notified and refunded if payment has been taken.

5.ORDER ACCEPTANCE

• Request identity or payment verification
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

All transactions are subject to fraud screening and verification.

 7.SHIPPING & DELIVERY

7.1 Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on diamond availability as some stones are sourced from
international suppliers. All U.S orders ship via UPS Priority (Tracked & Signed) for secure
delivery. Custom rings are handcrafted to order and typically take 2-3 weeks before dispatch via
UPS Priority for the final leg.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to:

• Customs clearance
• Carrier delays
• Weather or global logistics disruption
• High demand or manufacturing timelines

7.2 Shipment Responsibility & Tracking

Once an order has been shipped and a valid, verifiable tracking number has been issued,

responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

Eternel Diamonds LLC is not liable for delivery delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Customs processing
• Weather conditions
• Transport or logistics disruption
• Any circumstance outside our control

If an order has been shipped and has an active tracking number confirming dispatch, delivery delays do not entitle the buyer to:

• Cancel the order
• Request a refund
• File a chargeback based solely on delivery timing

7.3 Lost or Damaged Shipments

Refunds or replacements may only be considered if:

• The carrier officially confirms the shipment is lost, OR
• The item is received damaged and reported within 48 hours of delivery

8.RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Sized or modified items

Eligible Returns

9.CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started or once the item has been shipped.

 10.WARRANTY

We guarantee our jewellery against manufacturing defects.

This does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Loss or theft
• Improper use or storage

11.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website (images, designs, branding, text, product designs) is owned by

Eternel Diamonds LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

12.CUSTOMER REVIEWS

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
